About the role
Review drawings & codes, prepare & control WPS/PQR, qualify welding activities, guide welding operations, ensure code compliance, oversee inspections, analyze weld defects, maintain welding records, and drive quality, safety, & process improvements. Required Candidate profile Degree/Diploma in Welding, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience. Strong knowledge of ASME codes, WPS/PQR, welding metallurgy, inspections, defect analysis, and QA/QC.
