About the Regional People & Culture Team: The regional People & Culture team plays a pivotal role in the Europe & Africa region (EAR), delivering strategic guidance and governance across 22 countries and 32 entities. The Role: Data Analysis and Reporting: Manage, standardise, and enhance the people reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities for EAR P&C. Assess, analyse, and interpret HR data to spot trends and understand business impacts. Communicate people data reputed company analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence (BI) platforms. Use data analysis of P&C metrics to drive business reputed company.
