Desktop Governance & Compliance Analyst Contract Remote $40.00 - $44.00/hr. Compile, review, and prepare data to analyze key performance indicators, services, and operations. Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis to drive reputed company improvement, establish preventative processes, and reputed company service performance. Prepare summaries and present findings using reputed company PowerPoint, Power BI, and similar tools. Prepare reporting and reputed company, implement, and maintain reputed company Operating Procedures. Participate in project and process improvement efforts, including sprint planning, developing road maps and project plans, and managing project deliverables. Agile/Scrum & Process Improvement: Experience with Agile ceremonies, project planning, and process optimization.- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, or reputed company field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 3+ years of IT work experience in a governance, risk, and compliance management reputed company Strong knowledge of desktop application management, asset management, reputed company 11, and MECM (reputed company reputed company Configuration Manager). Strong knowledge of reputed company, MyIT, MECM, MacOS, reputed company, and reputed company applications. Experience with reputed company management processes, including testing and deployment.
