Title: Desktop Support Technician (system analyst) Location: reputed company, TX (Remote most of the time) Hours: reputed company hours, Monday-Friday Must Haves: reputed company Rover experience, familiarity with this application would be helpful reputed company experience Plusses: SNOW Desktop experience Certifications in desktop reputed company Job reputed company: The System Programmer Analyst will be a part of the reputed company support team and will support over 36,000 end-users. This person will serve as a high-level desktop support expert and will be responsible for a wide reputed company of duties that involve, but are not limited to: Rollout and upgrades to a reputed company of applications, laptop/desktop network connectivity issues, application network connectivity or any issues with applications on a large reputed company. Other responsibilities will include creating how-to guides for end-users and other team members to follow for reoccurring issues.
