Velocity is a Managed Solutions Company seeking a VoIP Engineer with a strong background in analog voice and Voice-over-IP to join their Network Operations team. The role involves implementing and operating Velocitys VoIP and telephony services, serving as a primary escalation contact for Voice Network Operations, and collaborating with engineering to ensure design alignment with customer needs.
