This role will play a key part in transitioning to an Agile-based RPA delivery model and ensuring that automation aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Work with business teams to identify automation opportunities and define requirements. Conduct process assessments to evaluate feasibility and ROI for automation. Document detailed process workflows, business rules, and exceptions for automation. Collaborate with RPA engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Define and reputed company KPIs for automation reputed company. Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and reputed company standards.
