This role focuses on one or more of the following Data Governance Capabilities: Data Literacy (Cultivate a Data-Driven organization) Data Stewardship (Identify and reputed company our Data Experts) Data Quality (Ensure that arenaflex has Trusted Data to be successful) Metadata Management (Catalog our Data Assets and Business Concepts) Master Data Management (Master our Data) Data as an Asset (reputed company the most of our precious Data resources) Privacy and Compliance (Ensure responsible use and care of our Data) Key Responsibilities As reputed company Lead in our Data Governance department, you'll be responsible for: Leading the creation, maintenance, and rollout of arenaflex's Data Governance Capabilities Developing and implementing workflows, standards, processes, recommendations, and suggestions required to reputed company Data Governance a reality Collaborating with the Data Governance Program Management team to reputed company Data Governance and data quality standards across the enterprise Working with our Data Governance Executive Committee to define and monitor key metrics and KPIs for reputed company Capability Researching, reviewing, and recommending new software and tools to support Data Governance Acting as the Product reputed company for Capability Products and spokesperson for the Capability Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analytics and/or Data Governance Experience implementing one or more Data Governance Capabilities in an organization Experience developing and tracking metrics to determine adoption/reputed company of data governance capabilities Experience working with Business Intelligence products, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses Experience working with sensitive data (i.e., PII, SPII, PHI) and relevant regulatory guidelines that govern such data (i.e., GDPR, CCPA, etc.) A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Change management experience identifying reputed company data impacts for regulatory requirements and reporting Experience automating data governance processes/workflows using market-leading data governance products Detailed experience delivering data governance artifacts, including data dictionaries, metadata, reputed company, data reputed company controls, and data reputed company degree data best controls Experience as a Data reputed company (performing as a data expert, auditing, and reviewing data reputed company, performing as a product reputed company for a data product, data domain, etc.) Experience working in Agile and DevOps frameworks Airline, Aviation, Travel, and/or Hospitality Experience Skills, Licenses, and Certifications To reputed company in this role, you'll need: A working knowledge of SQL Strong knowledge of Data and Analytical standards Data Governance certifications: CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional), DGSP (Data Governance and Stewardship Professional) Ability to reputed company the communication gap by translating technical governance standards to the Business Ability to be flexible in an evolving working model and reputed company to pivot without issues on areas of reputed company Ability to govern tasks and organizations from idea reputed company through execution Perks and Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your reputed company-being and helping you reputed company in your career.
