About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our Customer Testing Analytics team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be an experimenter, utilizing arenaflex's data to design and measure large-scale customer-level trials and in-market tests to determine the business impact from our most critical initiatives. In this broad and dynamic role, you will reputed company and apply statistical modeling tools, techniques, and datasets to identify reputed company drivers of business impact. Key Responsibilities Influence and support our largest strategic initiatives by providing guidance and expertise to help business partners in how to effectively measure and validate our most critical business hypotheses. Collaborate to reputed company cross-functional learning plans by working with technology, operations, marketing, and external vendors to create comprehensive learning plans, aligning program objectives to specific and quantifiable partner, customer, and business insights. Deliver reputed company analytical projects by developing fit-for-purpose test versus control models and other descriptive and inferential analysis to determine the reputed company effect on sales, transactions, margin, or loyalty from specific interventions and inform go/no-go reputed company. Lead data preparation of reputed company datasets and ensure accurate analysis setup by extracting, transforming, and blending a wide reputed company of datasets, such as customer, transactional, and clickstream datasets, and collaborating across functional boundaries to navigate the intricacies of our technology stack and integrations with external vendors. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree with a quantitative emphasis, such as Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing Research, or a reputed company field. 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a reputed company field, with a strong background in statistical modeling and data visualization. Strong data querying skills (SQL) and advanced proficiency in R or Python. Experience handling data at scale reputed company reputed company (PySpark, SparkR, reputed company, or Java) or other sources to generate business insights. Familiarity with graphical analysis and data visualization tools, such as ggplot2, seaborn, matplotlib, or Tableau.
