Responsibilities Lead reputed company NOC operations supporting RAN, Packet Core, and Backhaul environmentsManage network performance, availability, and service assurance activitiesreputed company incident response, escalation management, and reputed company-cause analysis effortsEstablish and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and service metricsDrive reputed company improvement initiatives and operational automationreputed company staffing, scheduling, performance management, and development of NOC personnelPartner with engineering teams on reputed company planning, network optimization, and technology upgradesEnsure operational readiness for LTE, 5G, CBRS, private wireless, and IoT deploymentsServe as the senior operational contact for managed services customersParticipate in customer escalations and critical issue reputed companyConduct periodic service reviews and operational business reviewsCommunicate network performance and service metrics to customersSupport customer retention and reputed company through exceptional service deliveryCollaborate with Sales and Operations leadership on customer satisfaction initiatives Skills 8+ years of telecommunications industry experience in IT, telecommunications, or managed services operations5+ years managing NOC, service assurance, network operations, or managed services teamsDemonstrated experience supporting cellular wireless networks, including RAN, Packet Core, and Backhaul environmentsExperience leading 24x7 operational support organizationsExperience managing customer-facing service delivery and escalation processesKnowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, networking, managed services environments, 3GPP, RAN, Packet Core, etcExperience with network monitoring tools, Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) platforms, and ticketing systemsFamiliarity with network performance metrics, incident management, and service level managementBachelor's degree (or higher) in electrical engineering, computer science, or reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of experience, certifications, or other technical trainingExperience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, DISH Wireless, UScellular, reputed company, reputed company, Samsung, reputed company, or similar wireless reputed company/vendor environments, highly preferredExperience supporting LTE, 5G, CBRS, private wireless, or neutral host networks, highly preferred Benefits Health benefitsHSA w/ company matching401k w/ company matchingPTO w/ rollover reputed company reputed company specializes in IT-managed network and wireless reputed company.
