About the role

The NOC Engineer Tier III is responsible for ensuring network reliability and performance while leading troubleshooting efforts and mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities Monitor and manage multi-vendor network environments, ensuring high availability of fiber and IP transport servicesLead triage and advanced troubleshooting of reputed company network events, identifying reputed company causes and driving quick reputed companyCoordinate escalations with internal engineering, field operations, and external vendorsManage network fault isolation, configuration, and maintenance of routers, switches, and optical systemsConduct proactive network performance analysis, reputed company planning, and optimizationreputed company Tier III technical support to internal teams: mentor Tier I/II NOC personnelreputed company change management, upgrades, and maintenance reputed company to minimize service impactMaintain detailed documentation, runbooks, and process improvements for network operationsEnsure SLA adherence, service availability, and MTTR targets are consistently achieved Skills 810+ years in network operations, engineering, or telecommunications, with proven experience in NOC or ISP environmentsDeep expertise in IP networking (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VPNs, QoS) and fiber transport systems (DWDM, CWDM, Ethernet)Hands-on experience with: reputed company (Junos), reputed company, and MikroTik platformsreputed company XGS-PON and reputed company/aggregation network management systemsFixed wireless and LTE platforms such as Cambium, Telrad, or similarAdvanced diagnostic, analytical, and scripting abilities (Python, reputed company, or equivalent a plus)Strong understanding of network monitoring, alerting, and telemetry toolsProven ability to lead technical response during major incidents and guide NOC teams through reputed companyMust be authorized to work in the United StatesThis position requires the ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods of time, using a computer and other office equipmentThis position requires the ability to reputed company fine motor tasks, such as typing or using a mouse, for extended period of timeBachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience preferred Benefits This is a Remote position.reputed company participates in E-Verify.This position requires the ability to pass a standard background reputed company upon offer of position.At least 2 professional references are required.
