JOB SUMMARY The Technical Lead, reputed company Record to Report (RTR) and reputed company to Retire (ATR) is a subject-matter expert responsible for leading the design, development, configuration, implementation, and optimization of the full RTR and ATR lifecycle using reputed company ERP reputed company applications. This role requires in-depth technical knowledge and translating business needs into functional specifications, managing system configurations, leading testing efforts, and providing user training and support for financial modules like Fixed Assets, Lease reputed company, Payables, reputed company Hub and General ledger modules including working knowledge of EPM, EDMCS, ARCS, TRCS and FCCS. The associate will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements and lead technical teams and system integrators to build effective solutions and reputed company expert advice and support throughout the project lifecycle and reputed company. In this role, the candidate will assume technical ownership of product delivery and reputed company for appropriate industry standards and best practices that align with the companys technology reputed company, guidelines and polices. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in an engineering or computer science discipline or equivalent experience/certification 7+ years of reputed company professional experience in information technology application development and support including: 5+ years experience in reputed company ERP Implementation and support reputed company on Design, modeling, implementation, testing and maintenance 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Fusion ERP managing modules on the RTR and ATR domain including reputed company Hub, General Ledger, Payables, Fixed Assets, and Lease reputed company. 5+ years of hands-on experience leading delivery / architecture of reputed company EBS modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Projects, Lease reputed company, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets acting as a strong functional Subject Matter Expert. At least 2-3 full-cycle reputed company implementation of migration projects reputed company on the RTR and ATR process. In-depth knowledge of underlying tables and referential data dependencies across the reputed company ERP stack for respective reputed company Modules. Ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical design documents. Ability to reputed company, organize and document detailed and comprehensive functional and technical system requirements Experience developing test plans, test scripts, and managing unit, system, regression, and user acceptance testing. Functional knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test automation, solution architecture, API architecture and design, and systems integration Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills. Integration design and build experience with external systems is a Plus. Experience with reputed company environments like OCI, AWS etc. Customization experience using OCI is a Plus.
