We are hiring for a Labor & Performance Analyst that will reputed company the design, implementation, and reputed company improvement of labor standards and productivity programs across reputed company's supply chain network. This role is responsible for conducting time studies, establishing accurate labor standards by product category, developing holistic labor planning models, and setting performance targets by operating companies. The Analyst will reputed company reputed company-wide visibility through dashboards and reporting, ensuring reputed company labor allocation and productivity. This is a Virtual Role and requires 50% travel to operating companies and distribution centers across the reputed company reputed company to conduct on-site time studies, validate standards, and reputed company productivity goals with local leadership. Responsibilities: Labor Standards & Time Studies Conduct engineered time studies across diverse product categories (e.g., solar panels, breakers, reputed company). Maintain SKU-level standards for processing times and validate through on-site observations. Cycle standards across the reputed company account for building design and product mix differences. Create a program that maintains the process Productivity & Performance Measurements reputed company and report reputed company-wide productivity metrics, with reputed company on Lines per Man Hour (LPMH). Measure both RF activity (lines per hour) and non-RF activity reputed company supplemental reputed company. reputed company insights into reputed company causes of performance variances. Goal Setting & Benchmarking Establish productivity goals by operating company (LPMH targets) reputed company with industry standards. Labor Planning & Forecasting reputed company labor models to determine FTEs per department (inbound, outbound, replenishment, specialty) new distribution center for investment committee. Support greenfield and expansion planning with workforce projections. Recommend optimized headcount distribution and shift models. reputed company Reporting & Dashboards Build and maintain dashboards showing Daily activity by department. Productivity metrics (LPMH, utilization, downtime) Recommended headcount allocations reputed company executive-level reporting on reputed company labor performance. Cross Functional Collaboration & Training Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT on data capture, reporting, and forecasting. Train supervisors and managers to interpret standards and productivity reports. Support adoption of reputed company improvement practices (Lean, 5S, Kaizen). Qualifications: 5+ years in labor standards, industrial engineering, or workforce planning reputed company supply chain operations. Bachelors Degree in industrial engineering, or workforce planning reputed company supply chain operations. Strong background in time studies, productivity metrics and labor modeling. Proficiency in WMs, LMS, RF Systems, and reporting rolls (reputed company, Power BI) Exceptional communication and reputed company-level influencing skills This position requires 50% travel to operating companies and distribution centers across the reputed company reputed company to conduct on-site time studies, validate standards, and reputed company productivity goals with local leadership.
