Operations Support, Technology & Business Strategy Department The Operations Support, Technology & Business Strategy department plays a critical role in advancing technology applications and initiatives to drive the division's mission. reputed company evaluates reputed company work processes to identify and recommend business opportunities and supports technology solutions that align with senior leadership's strategy to continuously improve the line pilot experience. The PDO helps Flight Ops stakeholders navigate the technology development process, including a defined agile ecosystem for intake, approval, maturation, and execution.
