Key Responsibilities As a QA Lead for UKG WFM Pro, your key responsibilities will include: Leading QA Efforts: Oversee testing for UKG Pro WFM projects, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines, and define testing strategies to achieve project goals. Planning and Executing Tests: Create and run test plans, test cases, and scripts, and use Test Assure and other tools to perform manual and automated testing. Validating UKG Configurations: Ensure UKG configurations meet client needs, and test integrations, workflows, and data flows end-to-end to guarantee seamless system operation. Managing Defects: Identify and document issues, prioritize fixes, and collaborate with developers to resolve them, ensuring timely and effective defect management. Improving Processes: Stay updated on QA best practices and UKG updates, and recommend and implement ways to improve QA processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance capabilities. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management systems, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments. Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with Test Assure and other testing tools, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Technical Skills: A strong understanding of UKG configuration, workflows, and customizations, and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive project success. Problem-Solving: A proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex testing issues, and a strong analytical mindset to identify and address root causes of problems. Certifications: Preferred certifications in QA or UKG Pro WFM tools, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
