SWQA - Cybersecurity Pilot

Gather (and, if necessary, formalize/specify) cybersecurity and business needs and challenges Contribute to the evolution of the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap within their scope Contribute to ensuring product and process compliance with applicable regulations Coordinate the project: specifications, development, tendering, budgeting, integration, testing, change management, etc. Ensure project delivery in terms of Quality, Cost, and Timeline, and lead project governance activities Plan and coordinate team activities related to project risks, scheduling, resources, and supplier management Ensure and lead cybersecurity risk arbitration for the project Consolidate cybersecurity summaries at project milestones.
