Solution Architect and Strategist (Chennai)

Position: Solution Architect and strategist Location: Chennai Experience: 6+ years of experience Skills: AI, GCP, AWS and Genesys Requirements: - Develop strategic recommendation to drive business growth and improvement - Ensure solution aligns with organizational technology strategy - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives - Participation in stakeholder interviews and documentation of business and technical requirements - Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectural standards - Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements - Good knowledge in Cloud technologies, AI/ML. - Quick and vivid learner, understand and learn Amex eco system and process - Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences with the ability to tailor and deliver communications to all levels of organizations from project teams to executive leadership - Solid organizational, problem solving and analytical skills - Proficient in the use of MS office, MS project, vision and other collaboration tools - Exceptional PowerPoint design and presentation skills - Experience with Contact center - Nice to have.
