Minimum bachelor s degree in Electrical / Electronic/Computing or related engineering discipline. Preferable with > 7 years of experience in High Volume Semiconductor Test Manufacturing environment or Test Product Engineering roles. Strong understanding of product knowledge & test methodology of analog / digital/power product,failure analysis and reliability test. Good to have
