Design Project Manager

As a Mechanical Services Designer, your role will involve designing HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Project design, including preparing preliminary design reports, cost estimates, design drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities. - Providing periodic site supervision to ensure the implementation of designs. - Verifying contract and design parameters for MEP works and offering value engineering inputs. - Coordinating with internal and external consultants and vendors for project planning and execution. - Developing design specifications, BOQ, DBR, RFQ, RFI, etc. - Ensuring verification of MEP design details at all stages of the design process. - Demonstrating initiatives in BIM, IMS, and Kaizen methodologies. - Proficiency in MEP design software such as AutoCAD and Revit, along with knowledge of Codal requirements for MEP (NBC, IS, IEC, NFPA standards).
