Academic: Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Experience: 8 to 10 years in software development and architecture, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise-level integration. Competencies: - Hands-on proficiency with major platforms such as MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, DataWeave) or IBM Integration stacks. - Deep expertise in Web Services (SOAP/REST), WCI (Web Center Interaction) services, and building scalable microservices using Java Spring Boot. - Advanced experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, API Gateway) and managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. - Comprehensive understanding of hardware, operating systems (Linux), networking connectivity, and security protocols like OAuth2, SAML, and TLS. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and monitoring tools to ensure smooth application performance and reliability. - Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Responsibilities: - Create reliable, end-to-end integration blueprints that account for non-functional requirements (NFRs) like high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability. - Work with business and sales teams to develop solution plans including cost estimates, optimized delivery approaches, and technical roadmaps. - Enforce compliance with organizational standards, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR Act) throughout the project lifecycle. - Identify potential system conflicts or client specification gaps and propose creative workarounds to overcome these limitations. - Guide cross-functional development teams, conduct high-quality code reviews, and mentor junior engineers on architectural best practices. .
