Reporting Structure

Reports to Manager – IT Infra (Mumbai location)

Education

University degree in the field of computer science or IT.

Experience/ Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of IT infrastructure experience with hands on and core experience in Microsoft products such as AD, Group Policy, Exchange 2019, VMware O365, Windows Endpoint OS and Servers.

· Knowledge of installing & administering Operating Systems, laptop imaging and hardening.

· Knowledge of Antivirus and Security Solutions.

· Knowledge in Patch Management & Backup solutions.

· Knowledge related to AMC, licenses and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• · Day-to-Day IT support and operations related to AD, Exchange, Email gateway and O365 application issues.

• · Windows & MAC laptop and desktop troubleshooting with installation of software’s.

• · License, Patch Management, Backup Management.

• · Ensure all the endpoint machines are hardened as per corporate policy and our compliance.

• · Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken or installation activities.

• · Ensure Vulnerability & Patch management across the environment & maintain records of the same.

• · Provide timely resolution to service issues raised by users as per SLA.

• · Interact with vendors for hardware and software related issues.

• · Manage IT Asset and keep inventory up to date.

• · Monitoring the system daily and respond immediately to security/usability concerns.
