Were Hiring: Avaya L1 Support Engineer Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Office Experience: 24 Years Qualification: BE / Degree in Computer Science Key Skills Required Avaya CM, SM, SMGR, SBC SIP, IP, TDM & VoIP technologies Media Gateways & Port Networks troubleshooting Basic Windows & Networking knowledge Server & VM technology awareness Responsibilities Basic networking and troubleshooting support Installation & troubleshooting of Avaya CM, SM, SMGR, AES Support for Avaya Media Gateways & Port Networks Work with SIP, IP & TDM-based voice environments Assist in maintaining and supporting voice infrastructure Collaborate with teams for issue resolution and escalation.
