As we expand our capabilities in artificial intelligence and data-driven automation, we’re seeking an AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of intelligent systems that power our next generation of products and solutions.

Role Overview

The AI Architect will define the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for AI-driven products and platforms. This individual will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business goals into scalable AI systems — from machine learning models and natural language processing pipelines to generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities Architect and Design AI Systems: Define and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions — from data ingestion to deployment — ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Strategic AI Roadmap: Develop the AI architecture vision and align it with Resolve Tech’s business and technology strategy. Model Development Oversight: Lead model selection, training, evaluation, and optimization across NLP, computer vision, and generative AI use cases. MLOps & Deployment: Establish and enforce best practices for model lifecycle management, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployment. Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to embed AI capabilities into core products and client solutions. Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and architectures — identifying opportunities to integrate them into the company’s ecosystem. Governance & Ethics: Define standards for responsible AI, including model explainability, fairness, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. 8+ years of experience in software or data engineering, with 4+ years in AI/ML solution design and architecture. Proven experience with major AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong understanding of MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker) and data pipelines (Airflow, Kafka, Databricks). Hands-on expertise in LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or multimodal AI. Strong knowledge of data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience architecting GenAI solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs. Prior experience building AI-driven enterprise products or platforms. Contributions to AI research, open-source projects, or patents are a plus. Certification in AI/ML or Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
