Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, your role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining YAML-based CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (ADO) for Python application deployments. This includes integrating automated security scanning and vulnerability gates. You will manage and optimize source code repositories using Azure Repos, enforcing Git branching policies and resolving complex version control issues to maintain repository health. Implementing GitOps workflows within ADO to ensure secure, declarative application delivery is also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will architect, develop, and manage version-controlled infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform for automated provisioning and configuration in Azure. Troubleshooting advanced Terraform execution issues and deploying, monitoring, and scaling applications using Kubernetes in a cloud environment are essential tasks. Configuring pipeline deployment strategies, troubleshooting and resolving issues in the CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, and implementing best practices for security, scalability, and disaster recovery are also key responsibilities. Collaboration with development and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance is crucial.
