As we continue our expansion into new markets and products, we are looking for an experienced Content Writer to join our dynamic team and help us communicate our vision to the world. Key Responsibilities: Component Testing: Conduct thorough testing and validation of various PC hardware components, including motherboards, CPUs, RAM, HDDs/SSDs, power supplies, and graphics cards, to ensure functionality and performance meet specifications. System Assembly & Configuration: Perform basic assembly and disassembly of PC systems for testing and diagnostics. Operating System Management: Install, configure, and manage Windows and Linux operating systems for testing environments and system validation. Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. Documentation: Documentation of Hardware specification and tracking of PC systems, components, and peripherals. Quality Assurance: Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and issues. Report non-conformance and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product quality. Learning & Adaptation: Demonstrate a strong zeal to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies related to evolving PC hardware and software. Required Qualifications/Skills: Degree or Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking In-depth Hardware Knowledge: Very good understanding of the function, specifications, and interoperability of core PC hardware components (motherboard, CPU, RAM, storage devices, etc.). Technical Proficiency: Basic, practical experience with PC hardware assembly and configuration. OS Expertise: Well-versed with Operating System installation and basic configuration for both Windows and Linux environments. Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to perform effective troubleshooting for both PC hardware and software issues. Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and clear communication abilities. Mindset: A strong desire and enthusiasm to rapidly learn and apply new technical knowledge. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus): Experience with automated testing tools or scripting. Familiarity with BIOS/UEFI configuration and firmware updates.
