Python Lead

You will play a crucial role in leading the technical implementation of the platform using Python for both new and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for clients, translating business use-cases into scalable and secure technical solutions, and owning the technical relationship with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to mentor developers and contribute to internal tooling and automation. Troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues across cloud environments will also be part of your responsibilities. To thrive in this role, you should have at least 8 years of software development experience and a strong proficiency in Python, although experience with C# .NET or C/C++ will also be considered. A proven track record of leading technical implementations for enterprise clients is essential. Deep understanding of Pandas, Numpy, RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data transformation pipelines will be beneficial for this role. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required to succeed in this position.
