About the internship: 1. Crafting and executing test cases covering end-to-end supply chain workflows procurement, inventory, order fulfillment, invoicing, logistics, and reporting. 2. Validating data and business logic in systems like Zoho Inventory, ERPNext, and Excel-based models and reports. 3. Assisting with automation efforts (e.g., Zoho Deluge scripts, Excel macros, or testing tools like Selenium and Playwright). 4. Conducting data audits, such as reconciling stock levels, purchase vs. sales orders, and ensuring MIS reports align. 5. Logging and monitoring defects using Jira or Zoho Projects. 6. Supporting UAT for new features before rollout. 7. Identifying process gaps, offering UX feedback, and helping optimize workflows. Pursuing or recent graduate in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or MBA (Operations, IT, or Supply Chain). 2. Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals (manual, with some automation awareness). 3. Hands-on experience with MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups). 4. Familiarity with Zoho Inventory, ERPNext, or similar ERP/SCM tools. 5. Comfort with SQL or querying for validation purposes. 6. Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills. B. Preferred/Plus Points: 1. Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress). 2. Familiarity with Zoho Deluge scripting or Excel macros. 3. Understanding of supply chain concepts like order-to-cash and procure-to-pay. 4.
