Role Overview: As a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of embedded software and hardware for control systems in electric 2-wheelers. Your role will involve designing motor control algorithms, battery management systems, and charging solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate for this position will have 5-8 years of experience in embedded software development for electric vehicles (EVs) and a strong background in C/C++ programming. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of software & hardware for EV control systems. - Develop and implement advanced algorithms for motor control, battery management, and charging systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate embedded software into vehicle systems. - Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure system reliability and efficiency. - Provide guidance, mentor junior engineers, and ensure adherence to best practices in embedded software development. - Participate in system-level design discussions and contribute to strategic technical decisions. - Ensure all embedded systems meet industry safety standards and regulations. - Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to ongoing software and system enhancements. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field. - Experience: 5-8 years of embedded software development experience, specifically in electric vehicles (EVs). - Programming Proficiency: Strong expertise in C/C++ programming for embedded systems. - Hands-on experience with motor control algorithms and battery management software. - Proven ability to troubleshoot complex embedded systems effectively. - Knowledge of CAN, LIN, and real-time operating systems (RTOS). - Experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance. - Familiarity with safety standards and regulations for embedded systems.
