Sr. Associate, Product Management

Revantage is a portfolio company of Blackstone, which is a significant global investment firm, but the specific role is in an operational/support function for data centers. Revantage is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive digital product development within their data center operations. The role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of internal SaaS, workflow platforms, and data-enabled tools. You will partner closely with engineering and AI teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate balances strong product discipline with technical fluency in enterprise architecture and modern AI productivity tools. Must have: 5+ years of experience in product management or technical product delivery; Experience owning the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery; Strong product management discipline including Agile and backlog management; Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, and enterprise architecture; Proven ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business teams.
