Senior Software Engineer (.Net+ Angular)

As a Senior Software Engineer, your role will involve designing and developing custom web and mobile applications using C#, .NET 7/6, .NET Core, and JavaScript. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex cloud solutions on the AWS platform, ensuring they are secure and compliant with industry standards. Additionally, you will optimize cloud solutions for cost efficiency and work closely with team members and stakeholders to meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop custom web and mobile applications using C#, .NET 7/6, .NET Core, and JavaScript - Develop and maintain complex cloud solutions on the AWS platform - Ensure cloud solutions are secure and compliant with industry standards - Optimize cloud solutions for cost efficiency - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet customer requirements - Write well-structured, maintainable code and perform unit testing - Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for applications - Ensure software meets quality, security, modifiability, and performance requirements - Implement industry best practices and standards - Monitor system performance and address customer issues promptly - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers - Partner with researchers and technology experts to inform software requirements, design, implementation, test, and verification efforts Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in developing web and mobile applications - Expertise in C#.NET 7/6, .NET Core, Angular, and AWS services - Strong knowledge of T-SQL and SQL Server development tools - Experience in developing stored procedures, triggers, functions, and other database objects - Understanding of software development best practices and processes - Ability to diagnose and resolve critical issues/bugs using tools like Newrelic, Splunk, Datadog, etc. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills - Commitment to continual learning and professional development - CS degree preferred, or equivalent training or work experience - Experience working with ReactJS, cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), modern CI/CD tools (Docker, Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket), enterprise SaaS products, and high-traffic distributed systems at scale Please note that the successful candidate will have extensive working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD pipeline among other tools.
