The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models, and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver successful AI/ML projects for video analytics. Lead a team of machine learning and computer vision engineers to deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions for video analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions. Develop and maintain project plans, and timelines. Ensure that all AI/ML solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our business. Manage team performance, provide mentorship and career development opportunities, and foster a positive team culture. Desired Candidate Should Have Qualifications 6+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models 3+ years of experience in leading a team of machine learning engineers. Strong programming skills in C++ and another relevant programming language. Experience with machine learning libraries and SDK such as OpenCV, OpenVino, TensorRT, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NVIDIA Deepstream SDK, etc. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
