Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Revfin, you will have the exciting opportunity to build products from scratch and scale them to real-world impact. Key Responsibilities: - Build and scale full stack applications using the MERN stack - Design clean, scalable, and secure backend systems & APIs - Create fast, intuitive, and reusable frontend components using React - Drive technical design and system architecture discussions - Design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS - Ensure high availability, performance, and security across systems - Take ownership of deployments, monitoring, and production issues - Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to raising the overall engineering standards Qualifications Required: Must-Have Skills: - Strong experience with Node.js, MongoDB, Express.js, and React.js - Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript - Experience in building REST APIs and scalable backend services - Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture - Good grasp of system design, data modeling, and API design - Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments Good to Have: - Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or financial platforms - Knowledge of security best practices (JWT, OAuth, OWASP) - Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, or queues - Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps basics - Exposure to Next.js, Redis, Kafka, or Elasticsearch Additional Company Details: Revfin, an innovative digital lending platform, is leading the way in sustainable mobility and financial inclusion in India.
