About the role
We're looking for a Product Executive to own how RevGain's product story gets told to the market, to prospects, and to our own GTM teams. You'll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success, translating a fast-moving, technically deep product (agentic workflows, revenue intelligence, zero-copy data integration, and product experience infrastructure) into positioning, messaging, and launch programmes that win deals and shape the category. This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants real ownership: you'll define how RevGain is positioned against legacy CS platforms, revenue intelligence tools, and generalist AI vendors, and you'll be the person Sales calls when they need the sharpest way to explain why RevGain wins. Responsibilities: Own product positioning and messaging across RevGain's platform, including AutoAPI (data integration and write-back), the Product Experience (PEX) layer, and the core Revenue Intelligence engineLead go-to-market for new feature and product launches: define launch tiers, write launch narratives, and coordinate cross-functional rollout with Product, Sales, and Customer SuccessBuild and maintain competitive positioning against legacy CS platforms (e. g., Gainsight), traditional revenue intelligence tools, and generalist AI vendors, including battlecards, comparison content, and win/loss analysis.Develop core messaging frameworks and value propositions for RevGain's primary buyer personas (CRO, VP RevOps, and VP Customer Success) and translate them into sales enablement assets.Partner with Sales to arm reps with the pitch, objection handling, ROI framing, and proof points they need to close, including translating customer outcomes (NRR growth, churn reduction, time-to-value acceleration) into repeatable narratives.Conduct and synthesise market, customer, and competitive research to keep positioning sharp as the product and market evolve.Work on content marketing and demand generation to ensure top-of-funnel content reflects accurate, current product positioning.Define and track pricing and packaging input from a market and competitive standpoint, in partnership with Product and RevOps leadership.Act as the internal expert on "why we win" training Sales, CS, and Support on positioning as the platform evolves. Your performance bonus will be assessed against a mix of the following: Launch execution: Number of product/feature launches shipped on time with complete messaging, sales enablement, and launch assets (target: all major launches supported within agreed timelines).Sales enablement adoption: Sales team usage of battlecards, pitch decks, and objection-handling materials; feedback score from Sales on enablement quality (via quarterly survey).Win rate against named competitors: Improvement in competitive win rate (vs Gainsight, revenue intelligence tools, and generalist AI vendors) in deals where positioning/battle cards were used.Sales cycle impact: Contribution to reduced sales cycle time or improved deal velocity on deals supported by PMM-led content and positioning.Messaging consistency: Audit score on messaging alignment across website, sales decks, and content assets (post-launch and quarterly).Cross-functional feedback: Qualitative feedback from Product, Sales, and Customer Success leadership on partnership quality and responsiveness.Market/competitive intelligence cadence: Timeliness and quality of competitive updates and win/loss analysis delivered to GTM teams (e. g., monthly or per major competitive event).Specific targets and weighting will be set jointly with your manager each quarter based on company priorities. Requirements: 2-3 years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS RevOps, Customer Success, sales tech, or data/analytics platforms strongly preferred.Track record of leading product launches end-to-end, from positioning through cross-functional execution.Strong ability to translate technical, agentic AI and data platform capabilities into clear value propositions for senior business buyers (CRO, VP RevOps, VP CS).Experience building competitive positioning and battlecards in a market with both legacy incumbents and emerging AI-native competitors.Comfortable partnering directly with Sales, able to speak credibly to reps and sales leadership about what actually helps close deals.Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to distil complexity into a simple, confident narrative.Thrives in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment where the product and the market are both evolving quickly.
