Role SummaryWe are looking for a Team Lead Full Stack who can own end-to-end product development while leading and mentoring a team of engineers across full-stack, frontend, and backend functions. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipLead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications.Own architecture decisions, coding standards, and technical quality.Guide the team in building modular, reusable, and maintainable components.Be hands-on in development as needed.Review technical approaches and ensure engineering best practices are followed.Team ManagementLead, mentor, and support a team of up to 10 developers.Allocate work, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.Conduct regular one-on-one reviews and provide constructive feedback.Support onboarding, learning, and capability building within the team.Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration.Product ExecutionTranslate product requirements into clear technical plans and implementation tasks.Collaborate closely with product, design, domain experts, and leadership.Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.Identify delivery risks early and drive resolution proactively.Ensure alignment between business goals and engineering execution.Full Stack System DevelopmentBuild and maintain robust web and application platforms.Develop systems that handle dynamic user flows, structured logic, and real-time feedback.Implement frontend and backend features with a focus on usability and reliability.Integrate rule-based logic, simulation workflows, and application-layer business rules where needed.Ensure solutions are stable, responsive, and suitable for critical use cases.Data, Integration, and SecurityDesign and manage data pipelines for operational and system outputs.Develop and consume REST/gRPC APIs with clean versioning practices.Integrate third-party services, analytics tools, and external platforms.Ensure the secure handling of sensitive data, including authentication and authorisation.Follow privacy, security, and access-control best practices.Performance and ReliabilityOptimise applications for scalability, speed, and responsiveness.Ensure stability under changing requirements and variable workloads.Promote testing, monitoring, logging, and deployment best practices.Support Docker-based and cloud-based deployment workflows.Build with maintainability and long-term product health in mind.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.47 years of experience in full-stack development.Prior experience leading, coordinating, or mentoring a development team.Strong startup mindset and comfort working in evolving environments.Excellent communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to deliver in high-accountability settings.What You will BringTechnical SkillsFrontendFlutter, React, or modern JavaScript frameworks.BackendNode.js, Python, or Java.Core Technical KnowledgeStrong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB.Familiarity with real-time systems such as WebSockets and event-driven architecture.Working knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Preferred ExperienceExperience in MedTech, Edtech or any of the DomainsExposure to rule engines or workflow-based systems.Understanding of data privacy and healthcare-related constraints.Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
