Auto QC: Ensure daily automated QC tasks are completed with high precision to maintain data quality and operational efficiency. Business QC: Deliver high-quality, requirement-based QC ensuring business expectations are consistently met. Vernacular Script Translation: Ensure accurate and timely translation of scripts across multiple vernacular languages to support project delivery and quality. Speech Analytics QC: Ensure Quality of delivery and Improve speech analytics accuracy per the business requirement. UAT Flow based testing: Strengthen Testing Quality Through Robust Test Case Creation AI Training: Enhance BOT call performance through targeted AI training and continuous learning Qualification: Computer Science or related field.
