Job description: Job Description: Electronics Engineer (03 Years Experience) Position: Electronics Engineer Experience: 03 Years Location: Blaji Chowk, Pashan Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Electronics Engineer to join our Electronics Product Development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in analogue and digital electronics, embedded systems, circuit design, and hardware debugging. Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects and candidates with up to 3 years of industry experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, build and test electronic circuits for new product development. • Skills in schematic design and PCB layout using tools. • Perform PCB bring-up, hardware validation, and debugging. • Interface of hardware like sensors, motors, displays, communication modules, and peripherals with microcontrollers. • Conduct functional, environmental, and reliability testing of electronic products. • Troubleshoot hardware issues using laboratory equipment. • Prepare technical documentation, test reports, BOMs, and design files. • Support prototype assembly, testing, and production activities. • Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, software, and manufacturing teams throughout the product development lifecycle. • Ensure designs comply with quality, safety, and EMC/EMI requirements where applicable. Required Skills • Strong understanding of Basic and applied Analog and Digital Electronics. • Good knowledge of Electronic Components and Circuit Analysis. • Understanding of Microcontrollers and Embedded Systems. • Familiarity with Communication Protocols: UART/SPI/I2C etc. • Experience using lab equipment such as: Digital multi-meter, Oscilloscope, AC & DC Power Supply, Logic Analyzer(preferred), Basic technics of soldering SMD, THT or cables. • Basic soldering and rework skills for SMT and through-hole components. • Strong ability to read schematics and datasheets. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills • Experience with ESP32, STM32, Arduino, or similar platforms. • Exposure to PCB design tools such as KiCad or Similar tools. • Understanding of battery management and power electronics. • Basic understanding of EMI/EMC design practices. Educational Qualification • Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in: Electronics or relevant field Desired Candidate Profile • Passionate about electronics and product development. • Quick learner with a hands-on approach. • Self-motivated and willing to work on multiple projects. • Strong debugging and troubleshooting mindset. • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Nice-to-Have • Internship or academic project in embedded systems or electronics. • Participation in robotics, IoT, automation, or hardware competitions. • Experience in prototype development from concept to testing.
