About the role
Job Title: Oracle EPM Practice Lead – Offshore Role Summary: RGP is looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Practice Lead to build and lead its Oracle EPM offshore practice. This person will report to the Oracle Offshore Delivery Lead and provide technical and functional leadership across Oracle Hyperion and Oracle Cloud EPM engagements, while helping establish a world-class offshore Center of Excellence — combining hands-on technical depth with stakeholder management and a focus on mentoring consulting talent. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Oracle EPM offshore practice, managing multiple concurrent Hyperion and Cloud EPM implementation, support, and optimization projects. Provide solution leadership and architecture reviews across Hyperion Planning, EPBCS, FCCS, PCM/PCMCS, ARCS, and related EPM tools, including business rules, integrations, and reporting. Lead client-facing activities — workshops, requirements gathering, CRPs, UAT, and executive steering meetings — while collaborating with Finance/FP&A/IT stakeholders. Recruit, mentor, and develop junior consultants, establish delivery standards/accelerators, and support pre-sales and revenue growth efforts. Key Technologies/Skills required: Oracle Hyperion Planning & Oracle EPBCS FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) PCM/PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management) ARCS (Account Reconciliation) Narrative Reporting & EDM (Enterprise Data Management) Groovy Scripting & Calculation Manager business rules MaxL scripts EPM Automate Data Management/Data Integration Smart View Integration with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, Data Warehouse & third-party systems Qualifications Required: Experience building or leading an Oracle EPM Center of Excellence or offshore practice Oracle Cloud EPM certifications Knowledge of AI capabilities within Oracle EPM, including Intelligent Performance Management (IPM) Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices Candidates with short notice to immediate joining will be preferred.
