Key Responsibilities: To handle complaints arising from internal customer (staff) and external customer(Patients) regarding an IT related query Coordinate in creating email Ids, Insta Password as requested by the HODs. Maintain proper data back up of all systems and laptops on regular basis Coordinate for all queries related to voice communication. Share regular IT reports to corporate IT head as and when required Monitor CCTV and share reports when required with approval from center head Maintaining asset report in the unit Oversee end to end IT infrastructure Major Job Qualifications / Specific Skills Required Education: Bsc Computer Science Experience 2 -5 years Knowledge and Specific Skills Hardware Development, Analysis, and Testing Network Configuration. WAN/LAN.Technical Support and Troubleshooting. Network Security. Required Critical Behavioral Competencies Team Work Analytical Skills Communication Skills Initiative Decision Making Administrative Skills
