Android and iOS developer

We are looking for an entry-level Android and iOS developer (1-2 years of experience) responsible for developing and maintaining applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablets. Your primary focus will be the development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential. Role And Responsibilities Design and build applications for the iOS platform. Work with Health Insurance based Fintech services. Work with popular APIs like Fitbit, iWatch, Uber, Stripe and Google Maps platform. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of apps. Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Integrate the app with existing backend services. Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code. Able to attend all team meetings and facilitate if necessary. Shipping app updates, including bug fixes and additional features. Collaborating with UI and UX designers, as well as software testers, to ensure that our app is presentable and in perfect working order. Resolve technical issues brought up by users. Skill(s) required Proficient with Objective-C or Swift depending on project requirements, and Cocoa Touch. Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services. Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards. Understanding of Apples design principles and interface guidelines. Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred. Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as Instruments and Shark, depending on project needs. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications. Knack for benchmarking and optimization. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN. Familiarity with continuous integration.
