About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Understand the business requirements, propose and develop scalable commercial solutions. Understand which model works better for the requirements, train and deploy production ready models. Performance profiling and Tuning. Understand the requirements, prioritize the deliverables, estimate and plan the tasks. Assist, mentor, train; junior and mid level data scientists. Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management. Remain updated on the latest technologies and state of the art and make recommendations as necessary. Desired Candidate Profile Proficient in Python Hands on experience in technologies and tools related NLP, Deep learning, Machine learning Strong in problem solving, algorithms and data structures Hands on experience on multi gpu/ tpu training. Broad knowledge of machine learning algorithms and principles Familiarity with at least one of the cloud computing infrastructure - GCP/AWS Ability to work on large scale data (structured and unstructured) having applied fundamentals in data management, parallel computing and distributed systems Experience on Conversational AI is a plus Team mentoring and leadership skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment.
