Automate recurring tasks using appropriate tools and scripting to enhance productivity and reliability. Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and security. Perform comprehensive validation and verification testing to maintain software quality and compliance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and drive continuous product improvement. Document development phases, monitor system performance, and ensure timely updates with the latest technologies.

Qualifications (What You'll Bring): Must-Have

Proficiency in C++, Java, and Python for software development. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliverables. Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems. Expertise in code review, debugging, and validation processes. Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for workflow optimization. Ability to document technical processes and monitor system health.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Domain expertise in enterprise software, SaaS, or HR technology platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. Experience working in agile environments and with global teams.
