Ensuring that the QA capability within the squad is delivering and developing in line with organisation's tech standards - Ensure that a Test Driven approach is adopted on each piece of work - That all aspects of testing are considered. Functional, Non-functional aspects and internal and external quality of the product - An 'automation first' approach is always followed for checking - That Exploratory testing is executed for every story - That relevant preparation is completed and documented - That relevant evidence of execution is captured and documented - That in all activities a 'value add approach' is considered and followed - Reviewing all lessons learnt to build better approaches for future work - That learnings are shared with colleagues in the squad or tribe, and QA community
