Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Tester with 10+ years of experience in testing websites, mobile, and desktop applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various testing methodologies and tools, ensuring the highest quality standards for our RidenRoll app. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for RidenRolls mobile and web applications. Perform functional testing, UI testing, cross-browser testing, usability testing, and mobile testing (iOS and Android). Conduct exploratory, black-box, regression, and integration testing to identify bugs and ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on functionality and usability. Utilize automation testing tools (Selenium WebDriver, Appium, etc.) to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Execute load and performance testing using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and LoadUI. Document and track defects, providing clear and detailed reports to the development team. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the QA process. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in quality assurance testing, with a focus on mobile and web applications. Proficient in functional, UI, usability, and exploratory testing methodologies. Strong knowledge of automation testing tools, including Selenium, Cypress, and Appium. Experience with programming languages such as C# and SQL. Familiarity with load testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, and LoadUI. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
