Secondary skills: Proficiency in VBA (Excel Macros) Additional skills: Experience in Python scripting, Power automate will be an added advantage Documentation: Ability to author PDDs (Process Definition Documents) and SDDs (Solution Design Documents). Soft Skills Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business needs. Problem Solving: A "logic-first" mindset with the ability to break down complex manual processes into modular automated steps. Adaptability: Eagerness to learn recent tools and stay updated on the rapidly evolving AI Key Responsibilities Process Design & Development: Design, develop, and configure automated processes using Blue Prism in accordance with standard design principles and conventions. Automation: Execute end-to-end automation workflows within SAP environments, Web portals, ensuring seamless data integration and transaction handling. Legacy Integration: Develop and maintain Excel Macros (VBA) to handle complex data manipulation tasks before or after bot execution. Testing & Deployment: Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases. Support the Operational teams during UAT and rollout phases. Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing production bots to ensure 24/7 operational continuity. .
