Technical Lead/ Solution Architect

Role & responsibilities Job Title: Technical Lead / Solution Architect Experience: 8 to 10 Years Location: Hyderabad (Preferred) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect to design, build, and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical fundamentals, hands-on full-stack development experience, expertise in DevOps practices, and the ability to architect end-to-end technology solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver robust and innovative software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable system architecture for enterprise applications. Lead full-stack application development from design through deployment. Define technical architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices. Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance. Build and manage DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and production releases. Design APIs, microservices, database architecture, and cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability. Resolve complex technical challenges and support engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle. Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to the technology stack. Required Skills & Qualifications 810 years of experience in software development, including experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect. Strong hands-on experience in full-stack application development. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and system integration. Experience building enterprise applications from the ground up. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, relational and NoSQL databases. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS, GIS, IoT, drone technology, climate tech, or agriculture technology. Exposure to AI/ML integrations and workflow automation is an advantage.
