Hi Candinate, Greetings from Right Advisors, WE ARE HIRING FOR ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER LT PANEL & CONTROL SYSTEMS Schematic System | Sector 68, IMT Faridabad, Haryana 121004 Full-time | On-site | 35 years experience ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Design Engineer with 35 years of experience specifically in the electrical panel manufacturing or panel-building industry. You will work under our Senior Design Head (15+ years experience) and alongside a junior intern, handling complete electrical drawing packages for LT panels from General Assembly Diagrams to control circuit schemes and PLC logic drawings. This is a pure design office role with no site responsibilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare General Assembly Diagrams (GADs) for LT panels MCC, PCC, APFC, and DB panels in AutoCAD * Draft single-line diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings as per project requirements * Design electrical interlocking schemes and control circuit drawings * Prepare PLC I/O lists, logic diagrams, and feedback control circuit drawings * Create and maintain bill of materials (BOM) aligned with panel drawings * Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure drawing accuracy and manufacturability * Revise and update drawings based on client comments, FAT feedback, and internal review inputs * Maintain drawing registers and ensure version control of all design documents * Support the Senior Design Head in developing design standards and drawing templates * Guide and review the work of the junior intern as needed REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering * 35 years of experience in the electrical panel manufacturing or panel-building industry this is non-negotiable * Strong working proficiency in AutoCAD (standard version not AutoCAD Electrical) * Solid understanding of LT switchgear components: ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs, contactors, relays, CTs, PTs, and busbars * Proven ability to read and produce GADs, SLDs, and control wiring diagrams independently * Working knowledge of IS 8623 / IEC 61439 standards for LV switchgear assemblies * Ability to design electrical interlocking logic and write PLC-based control circuit drawings from functional descriptions * Familiarity with BOM creation and drawing package management * Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English GOOD TO HAVE * Prior exposure to client drawing submissions and FAT documentation * Experience in a company serving automotive or heavy industrial clients * Basic understanding of busbar sizing and heat dissipation calculations WORK DETAILS Location: Sector 68, IMT Faridabad, Haryana 121004 Work type: Full-time, on-site Working days:MondaytoSaturday(Sundayoff) Working hours: 9:30 AM 5:30 PM Salary date: 10th of every month Salary: As per industry standards BENEFITS * 12 paid leaves per calendar year * 1 paid sick leave per month * PF and ESI as per applicable statutes HR Recruiter Vinay 9319992616 vinay.p@rightadvisors.com
