Job Description: Job Description: Experience- 16+ Years Location- Hyderabad Lead and manage a team of SDET engineers responsible for testing Java-based software applications and implementing DevOps practices. Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams, to define testing requirements and priorities. Drive the adoption of best practices in software testing, automation, and quality assurance methodologies. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites using Java-based testing tools and technologies. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and proficiency in software testing. Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Identify and address testing bottlenecks, issues, and challenges to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize testing activities and ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives. Develop and execute testing strategies, plans, and processes to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, priorities, and DevOps integration points. Drive the adoption of DevOps practices and tools to streamline software development, testing, and deployment processes. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites using Java-based testing tools and technologies. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and release management processes using DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and proficiency in software testing and DevOps practices.
