Job Description: Sr Engineer Manager- .Net and Cloud 14-22 Years 80-90 LPA Hyderabad JOB DESCRIPTION:- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer Manager proficient in .NET and Cloud technologies to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers, driving the development of innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in line with business objectives. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of .NET developers and cloud engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-performance and productivity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. - Drive the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable .NET applications and cloud solutions in alignment with industry best practices and standards. - Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project deadlines. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the .NET and cloud space, making recommendations for innovation and improvement. - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development. - Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to senior management on project status, milestones, risks, and opportunities. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience (X years) in software development with expertise in .NET framework and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating high-performing engineering teams. - In-depth knowledge of .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API .
