About the role
Dear Candidate, Greetings from RightHire!! We've been retained by a leading Multi-Billion Dollar Company into Oil & Gas to fulfill it's manpower requirements. And currently, were scouting fort PEM - Gaseous, Augmentation (DGM role) be based out at its corporate office, Navi Mumbai . Key Responsibilities: Engineer and implement projects to meet business requirements for Gaseous Projects: Develop standard engineering drawings / specifications based on design basis Timely deliverables as per agreed norms of quality and HSSE Incorporate new developments in design and standards Stay abreast of developments in technology / industry / competition Develop layout drawings for Gaseous fuels retail outlets such as CNG/LNG as standalone or Co-located as per Statutory requirements. Resolve queries received from Project managers, Sites, Statutory authorities etc. Develop and arrange to release Site Specific IFC dockets for CNG/LNG as standalone or Co-located ROs. People development for enhanced capability & productivity Developing training modules and conduct training programs Create in house competency to meet all engineering needs Bring focus and continually improve practices related to HSSE Review & incorporate safety aspects /checks in existing designs & ensure awareness by available communication avenues. Perform root cause analysis of accidents / near miss reports; implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
