EPC Manger - Program Manager

Brief Role : Job Description Development experience of at least 2- 3 full SDLCs in a mid to large project base. Experience of 3 - 5 years working actively in development part of the projects. Manages multiple small to medium sized IT projects (3- 6 months) , or one to two large- scale IT Projects (6- 12 months) . All project management activities would be managed from project beginning to end following System Development Life Cycle Process. Interacting with the Clients on a continuous basis regarding the specifications of the projects, handling their queries, keeping them updated about the status of the current projects through live chats, e- mails and phones. Some aspects of project management experience of at least 2 - 3 years in project using agile methodology. Develops project plans, schedules and work breakdown structures for projects. Provides leadership and guidance in the project resource/ staff planning. Analyzing the new projects received, understanding the clients requirements Provide guidance and coaching to team on Scrum/ Agile practices as required on the projects Collaborates with cross- functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Ensures adherence to Software Development Life Cycle; Delivery methodologies, guidelines and policies; and Change management processes Salary: INR 12, 00, 000 - 18, 00, 000 P.A.
