Planning of Machining operations to maximize the utilization of machines Leading the team of Technicians to handle the machining processes effectively and efficiently. Improvements in the Machining operations Procurement of tools, inserts, jaws, spares etc. for all machines. Monitoring the Productivity and providing the information to the management. Implementation of Corrective and Preventive actions Attending daily production meeting for discussing the priorities and issues. Training of subordinates on machining operations.
